Although I do not have final answers for you, here is an update on the SMEX downselect schedule.
The SMEX concept study report due date will be extended. The TMCO evaluation schedule may be affected. At the moment we have not finalized the evaluation schedule.
Phase A concept study reports are due December 18. Except for the due date, all other requirements for the concept study report remain unchanged. If you wish to submit your concept study report on November 16, then it will be accepted on the original due date.
I will let you know as soon as possible what the TMCO downselect evaluation schedule is.
