There are two updated documents in the SMEX Explorer Program Library

• "National Space Transportation System (NSTS): System Safety Milestones and Process Flow" (Document 23a).
• "Expendable Launch Vehicle (ELV): System Safety Milestones and Process Flow" (Document 23b).

There are also some new links to ELV and NSTS safety documents (Document 37).
