The dates of the MIDEX site visits have been determined. All of the dates were identified as green dates by the mission PI. The site visit schedule is a finely crafted product which allows all 5 site visits to take place on green dates and meets several complex NASA schedule constraints.
Because the dates were pre-approved by the project PI's THERE WILL BE NO DATE CHANGES ALLOWED. If a problem arises with your site visit date, then you should deal with it using the management skills that you propose to bring to a flight project.

This schedule will allow for a downselect decision by Ed Weiler and the Space Science Selection Board during March 2003.
To date, no changes are contemplated in the Draft Site Visit Guidelines that were previously distributed.
