MIDEX PI's: 1. Please send me a few names and e-mail addresses of the individuals that you want copied on information from NASA. An e-mail exploder is okay as well. I suggest you include your senior project people (e.g. deputy PI, project manager, etc.). If you already sent this information (one mission), you do not need to do so again. 2. I am attempting to set up a web page for archiving information. It should be active by Monday morning at http://spacescience.nasa.gov/codesr/midex/midex.html This page contains links to mission web pages for the three missions that I am aware have web pages. I am not aware of any requirement that you set up a web site during Phase A (but if I missed such a requirement somewhere, please let me know). So I believe that a web site is voluntary. 3. We will set up the site visit schedule for August ASAP. Please let me know (a) what site you want us to visit, and (b) any blackout dates for visits between July 15 and August 31. I believe site visits will be during August 2-20, but the extra info would be nice. We will try to honor blackout dates, but I can not guarantee that we will honor blackout dates (sorry). 4. I am aware that I owe you the following: - copy of Mark Saunders charts from kickoff meeting (soon) - rules for science presentations at downselect (by June 19) - address, time, date for delivery of reports (soon) - clarification on requirements for signed agreements with domestic and/or international partners (soon) - clarification on proposed use of SELVS II (soon) - clarification on requirements for schedule/cost if you propose to be the first mission, yet are selected as the second mission (soon) - correction of typos in Concept Study Report Guide, particularly those having to do with detail and phases in budget (soon) Please let me know if there are any other open items from the kickoff.
